Fillimisht vetem nje here ne dite,ne dreke. Nga frutat mund ti japesh: banane, dardhe, molle (e zier) . Nga perimet: patate e embel, karrote, kungullin e vjeshtes . Te gjitha keto duhet te pregatiten ne forme pureje me pak qumesht gjiri ose qumesht formule. Pervec ketyre mund ti japesh dhe pak miell orizi. Por duke i kombinuar, nje dite nje gje , diten tjeter nje gje tjeter. Pas 4 javesh mund ti fillosh dy vakte, jo pa kaluar 4 jave
