Ne nje karton te gjate te palosur ne dysh vendosim vezen e zjere per se gjati dhe e shtypim bute me thike jo te mprehte, derisa te krijohet nje vize si ne foto. E presim me pas vezen per se gjeri duke perftuar dy gjysma ne forme zemrash. Perziejme ne nje tas te vogel mishin ne xhelatine, maionezen, te verdhat e vezes, piper, pak kripe, majdanoz dhe vaj ekstravirgjer ulliri. Kur perftohet nje mbushje mbushim te bardhat e vezeve ne forme zemre. Nese menuja eshte me baze peshku kjo antipaste del e perkryer nese ne vend te mishit ne xhelatine hedhim nje kuti te vogel me ton. Ju pershendes! :-)))
